Twentynine Palms

Type of Service: Curbside pick-up, automated 96 gallon container for refuse and 64 gallon for recycling.

Restrictions on Cans: According to ordinance 137 of Twentynine Palms Municipal Code, all residents are mandated to have refuse service.

Restrictions on Cans: Customers will receive a 96 gallon containers for refuse only and 64 gallon container for recycling. Each can is limited to 150 pounds each. Please do not overload the containers and be sure the lids close properly.

Time of Pick-Up: 6:00 AM to 6:00 PM

Recycling Program: Customers can choose from the following 96, 64 or 32-gallon containers. Each can is limited to 150 pounds each.

Bulky Item Pick-Up: FREE - Two times per year annual clean up. Residents will recieve a notice in newspaper or via mail from Burrtec Waste and Recycling Services regarding dates and time of service.

WM Billing: Tax Roll

Senior Discount: As a senior, you are qualified to receive a 64- gallon refuse container instead of the 96 gallon container. To qualify for this service you must be 65 years old, resident must provide proof of age and be considered the head of the household.

Disabled Persons Service: If you are a disabled person meeting the requirements of the Department of Motor Vehicles for the issuance of a N1- Permanent Disabled Parking Placard, you are entitled to walk-in backyard or side yard collection of trash and recycling at no additional charge for the walk in service. Standard monthly cost for the weekly trash and recycling collection and disposal will apply.
