Indian Wells

Residential Service Specifics: Backyard service provided.  Trash & Recyclables may not be placed at the curb.  The driver will collect the material from the customer's container storage location.  Residents may use as many containers and/or bags as they wish.  Multi-unit complexes (apartments, condominiums) may have different service structures.  Residents may call Burrtec at (760) 340-2113 for specifics.

Container Specifics: Trash cans are provided by the resident (maximum can size allowed is 35-gallon, maximum weight allowed is 75 lbs. per can).  Recycling containers are provided by Burrtec.  The resident may choose from 18-gallon crates, 32-gallon wheeled carts, or 64-gallon wheeled carts.

Service Day: Service days vary by area.  Residents should contact Burrtec at (760) 340-2113 for service day information.

Collection Schedule: Trash and recyclables are collected between the hours of 7:00 a.m. and 5:00 p.m.  Residents should have both trash and recyclables available for collection by 7:00 a.m. on service day.  Temporary service discontinuations such as vacation holds and seasonal holds are not premitted in Indian Wells.

Billing Method: Residential services are charged via tax roll billing.  Newly-built homes will be billed directly by Burrtec until tax roll billing can be established.

Holiday Schedule: When a holiday below falls on a weekday, service will be delayed for one day:
